REINAI have a SONY α7iii with a FE 28-70mm F3.5-5.6 OSS lens attached to the pouch! There was plenty of room and it fit without any problems! It is also very easy to take in and out... It has excellent shock absorption, so it is safe, and most importantly, it is water repellent and can be closed with a zip when it rains or may get wet with snow, so I thought it was great!
